In partnership with Franktown House Flowers, you’ll enjoy a morning at Wakefield’s Cut Flower Farm learning about bees, pollinators and their relationship with flowers at the farm. Here you will be guided in creating and harvesting your own personal bouquet from the gardens. We will then take you to meet the Apiverte bees at our very first EZHouse and taste the honey they produce. This hands-on tour will allow you to handle, learn about and photograph this super important part of our eco-system. In addition to your bouquet, you will be able to take home a special honey gift of honey to remember your experience.
This event is co-hosted with Wakefield's Franktown House Flowers, a cut flower farm nestled in the Gatineau Hills.
